How do I amend my booking?

Can you send me a map?

Directions and a map are given on your booking confirmation. You can see a map before you book by inputting your dates, then clicking on 'map' for the hotel you are interested in.

Are your hotel prices per room or per person?

Our hotel prices are per room per night.

Will I be charged a cancellation fee for my airport hotel or airport hotel and parking booking?

If you have not taken out our cancellation protection, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15 per room per night. When you book, you are offered the option of taking out our cancellation waiver, which means you will get your money back if you cancel your booking. The cancellation waiver costs just £2.49 for hotel and hotel-with-parking bookings. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we cannot give you a refund, even if you have taken out cancellation protection, because we will be charged by our suppliers.

We also cannot refund supersaver bookings, because they are made at a special low price. If you leave the car park early and do not use all the days you booked, we cannot give you a refund, again because we are charged by our suppliers. Why should I pre-book?

We always recommend pre-booking rather than just turning up at the airport and paying. By pre-booking you could save up to 40 per cent and you know your room and parking space will be guaranteed. What if I arrive at my hotel after midnight?

The majority of our hotels offer 24-hour check-in. If you want to double check, give us a call on 0871 360 2427.

What do I do if I exceed my eight or 15-day parking package?

You can pay for extra days' parking at the car park when you return. However, you will be charged for these extra days at the car park's normal daily rate.

I only need four days' parking - do I still need to book an eight-day package?

A handful of hotels do offer packages with parking included for four days, but most offer parking for up to eight or 15 days, meaning that yes, you will pay for eight or 15 days, even if you need to park for less time.

Can I book parking while I am away and stay at the hotel on the night I return from holiday?

You can do this at most of our hotels, though not all of them. Just enter the dates when you want to park and the date you want to stay at the hotel. If the hotel you want doesn't come up in the list, it might be because it doesn't accept this kind of booking. If you've any questions, just give us a call on 0871 360 2427.

Can I book a hotel for the night before we go, include my parking while I'm away and book another night on our return?

Yes - you will need to make one booking for your first night with parking included, then make a second booking for your return night without parking.
